Culinary Arts Books on Display
Did you know the library has hundreds of cookbooks available for checkout? Yes we do!
This month the Library display case focuses on our fine collection of culinary arts books. To support our talented students in the Cerritos College Culinary Arts program, the library is always adding new cookbooks and cooking technique books to our already extensive collection.
